Praful Patel, Minister of Heavy Industries & Public Enterprises, at the function held at New Delhi on 31st Jan., 2012. The award is instituted by Department of Public Enterprises, Government of India and Standing Conference of Public Enterprises and given for excellence and outstanding contribution to the Public Sector Management.
