Honorable Union Minister of Chemicals & Fertilizers & Steel Shri Ram Vilas Paswan unveiled the Statue of Bharat Ratana Dr. Baba Saheb Ambedkar
On 14th April, 2007, Shri Ram Vilas Paswanji unveiled the statue of Dr. Baba Saheb Ambedkar in front of Priyadarshini Bldg. of RCF, Sion, Mumbai. On this occasion Honorable Minister for Social Welfare, State of Maharashtra Shri Chandrakant Handore was also present.
In his address, Ram Vilas jee appreciated the efforts taken by Shri U.S. Jha, CMD, RCF for bringing overall improvement in the profitability of the company and assured that Govt. of India shall extend full support for the growth of the company and its employees.
Shri Chandrakant Handore jee appreciated the efforts of RCF in making Chembur Green a reality.

Shri Uday Shanka Jha, CMD RCF elected as Chairman of FAI
Board of Directors of Fertilizer Association of India (FAI) elected Shri U.S. Jha, Chairman & Managing Director of RCF as Chairman of FAI.
After two decades, RCF has the privilege of their CMD being elected as FAI Chairman, a prestigious and coveted position.

CMD RCF gets Udyog Ratna Award
Chairman and Managing Director of RCF, Shri U.S. Jha was awarded with Udyog Ratna Award by Institute of Economic Studies, New Delhi. This award has been given for continuous improvement in productivity, quality and over all Management of the company.

Second Convention of RCF’s Ex-Employees
Ex-employees of RCF has formed a social group and held their second convention on 8th April, 2007 at Gangadhar Deshmukh Hall, RCF Colony, Chembur, Mumbai.
More than 300 Ex-RCFians attended this convention. Shri U.S. Jha, Chairman & Managing Director of RCF was the Chief Guest of the function. Shri M. Sundarraman, Director (Finance), Shri H.S. Karanagale, Director (Technical), Shri J. Kohareswaran, Director Marketing also grace the occasion.

RCF Launches a New Communication Channel with its Dealers
Brand Equity Management Group of Fertilizer Marketing Division has launched a new magazine called “Brand Equity RCF”. This magazine shall be published at the end of every season and shall be given to all dealers of RCF. The main objective of launching this magazine is to create a direct communication link between RCF dealers and the Management of the Company.
The entire printing work of the magazine which includes scanning, designing and editing of the magazine has been done through in-house resources.
RCF Sheti-Patrika Wins Award
MAITRI, a social organization of Mumbai honors every year persons and organizations for doing outstanding work in the field of social work. This year RCF Sheti-Patrika has been honored by this organization. The award was received by Editor of Magazine, Shri Mukund Patil, Dy. General Manager (BEM).
The Sheti-Patrika has been honored for disseminating the information about latest developments in Agricultural field to lakhs of farmers of Maharashtra since last 38 years, free of cost.
