Shri K.C Naredi I.R.S. (Income Tax) is the Chief Vigilance Officer. He is equivalent in rank and status to a functional Director of the Board. He joined RCF Ltd. on 30th November, 2005. He is a senior IRS officer in the rank of Commissioner of Income Tax, which is equivalent to Joint Secretary to the Government of India. He joined IRS in the year 1983. He has professional qualifications to his credit as Chartered Accountant as well as Company Secretary.

During his career as IRS for over two decades, he held various positions in the Income Tax Department starting from Income Tax Officer Group "A" to Commissioner in different fields at different locations. He served on deputation to enforcement Directorate (FERA) with charge of entire Gujarat for three years. During his tenure with Enforcement Directorate he discovered many cases of "Hawala". He proposed several cases for COFEPOSA and most of those were confirmed by the Ministry of Finance.

Shri Naredi has excellent exposure in Private Sector as well as in Government in the area of Administration, Intelligence, Investigation, Assessment, Adjudication, Prosecution and Litigation, representation before various judiciaries and strategic planning in crisis management etc. Shri Naredi was honoured with the second best probationer award by the National Academy of Direct Taxes, Nagpur. Shri Naredi worked as member of Regional Coordination Committee of taxes in Gujarat. Shri Naredi also worked as member of Advisory Committee constituted for suggesting changes in tax provisions applicable to Mutual Funds and Foreign Investment Institutions "FIIs". Shri Naredi is an avid reader of current affairs and regularly performs yoga and meditation.
