INVITING OF PRICE BIDS
Rashtriya Chemicals & Fertilizers Ltd (RCF),
invites applications & Price bids in
sealed envelopes from reputed, experienced and financially
sound H&T contractors for handling and transportation of chemical
fertilizers from the following rake point/warehouse.

The applicant
should have experience in rake handling and transportation of
bulk/bagged fertilizers, food grains, cement or similar products of
manufacturers/ handling agencies/Government department/PSU/Public
Limited Company. The applicant
should have minimum three years experience, of which minimum
value in any one of the preceding three years should be as mentioned
above.:
The
applicants are requested to collect the application forms for
pre-qualification and tender forms from above mentioned
area offices, between 10.am to
4.00
pm
and on Saturday from
9.30 a.m.
to
1.00 p.m,
on all working days on payment of Rs. 1000/- from
02.05.2008.
The applications are also available on our website at the address
http:/www.rcfltd.com. For forms obtained from website the applicants
are required to pay Rs.1000/- at the time of submission of the
forms. No request for
dispatch of the pre-qualification/tender form by post shall be
entertained.
The sealed
envelopes containing EMD, pre-qualification application duly filled
along-with all required documents as indicated in the application
form should be enclosed and Price bids in separate sealed cover
should reach respective area offices on or before
22.05.2008 by
3.00 pm.
The request for accepting any application after the aforementioned
time and date shall not be entertained.
Volume
of work indicated is purely indicative and there is no guarantee on
the minimum volume of work that would be handled in a year.
RCF
reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the applications
at it’s sole discretion without assigning any reason thereof and
RCF’s decision in this regard shall be final.
