RCF invites application in sealed envelope from reputed and experienced and financially sound H&T contractors for handling and transportation of chemical fertilizers from Rake point/warehouse as per the table given below. The applicant should have experienced in the handling and transportation of bulk bagged rtilizers,foodgrains,cement or similar products of (manufacturers/Handling Agencies/Govt Department/PSU/public limited company).The applicant should have minimum three years experience of which minimum value in any one of the preceeding three years should be as per under:-

The H&T contractor who wish to participate should submit their applications form alongwith price bids,which can be obtained from the Regional office of the RCF ltd.Jaipur between 11..am and 4 PM and on Saturday from 11am to 1pm on all working days on payment of

Rs.1000/-by way of DD in favour of RCF ltd Jaipur alongwith letter of the applicant in person or their representative .The form is also available on thjs website.

No request for dispatch of Prequalification form by post shall be entertained.For forms obtained from website the applicants are required to pay Rs.1000/-by way of DD at the time of submission of filled form. Separate application are to be made for each of the above location.

The sealed envelopes containing duly filled in application form alongwith all required documents should reach RCf office ,Regional office Jaipur on or before ------------(Date) upto 15 hours. The request for accepting any application,after the above mentioned time and date shall not be entertained.Volume of work indicated is purely indicative and there is no guarantee on the minimum volume of work. RCF reserved the right to accept or reject any or all the applications at its sole discretion without assigning any reason thereof and RCF’s decision in this regard shall be final.
