Appeal to all vendors regarding e-tenders.
RCF is going in big-way for e tendering w.e.f. 01/04/2015
All RCF registered vendors and new vendors who desire to do business with RCF should be geared up to participate in e-tenders.
The prerequisites to participate in e-tenders is given below:
1. Vendor should have digital signature certificate [class II or class III] issued by competent authority
2. Vendors should register themselves on government procurement website eprocure.gov.in/eprocure/app as DSC registered vendors.
3. After registration on eprocure website as DSC registered vendor; they shall inform RCF about their registration details by email.
