A toll-free number 1800115501 of DBT Cell is available with the fertilizer dealers. RCF has also created RCF DBT and RO Module group on WhatsApp and PoS/System issues of Fertilizer dealers are posted by our marketing officers on this group, which are forwarded to State DBT Co-ordinator through Lead Fertilizer Supplier (LFS) for a suitable solution. Marketingofficers of other companies also escalate it to the State DBT Co-ordinator through Lead Fertilizer Supplier

Strengthening surveillance mechanisms to overcome and effectively deal with grave issues such as alleged illegal charging at Weighbridge, generation of fake bills through B&MH work contracts etc. (12.11.2024)

CCTV is installed in the weighbridge control room at Trombay Unit. Activity-wise job-list is given to the supervisor of the contractor on daily basis. Record of jobs completed is being maintained on daily basis. The bills are certified on the basis of completed jobs only. (13.12.2024)

Fool-proof Inventory Management of scraps and its routine stock verification. (05.1 1.2024)

The scrap material from entire Trombay Unit including Ghatkopar pumping system (GPS) is shifted to the expansion yard (located within the factory premises which is well secured by CISF and a dedicated CISF security personal is also deputed at expansion yard on round the clock basis) with a return note and expansion yard is maintaining proper records of the return notes.

Strengthening the surveillance mechanism at the Departmental and Plant levels by installing CCTV at prominent places to overcome and deal with any theft attempt. (05.11.2024)

CCTVs have been installed at 176 Nos. locations in the plant premises at Trombay, Priyadarshini, Admin building, the weighbridge control room and bag sampling area (13.12.2024).

All critical areas from an operational, safety & security point of view of RCF Thal unit, including the Township are under extensive surveillance using 448 CCTV cameras (26.12.2024).
